Known for his passion for driving alignment, sustainable growth, and performance improvement, Jim brings a transformative approach to leadership.

His career has been defined by successfully navigating complex organizational environments, fostering operational excellence, and guiding teams through strategic change to achieve long-term impact.

Rodney Haynes brings over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a strong track record of operational excellence and strategic oversight. As Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Onpoint, Rodney plays a critical role in driving organizational performance and operational execution.

Prior to joining Onpoint, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Mercy Health in St. Louis, where he oversaw operations for four hospitals across two states and more than 150 physician practices. His leadership has consistently focused on enhancing care delivery, optimizing system performance, and improving patient outcomes at scale.

Michael Clark is a veteran healthcare executive with decades of experience shaping strategic direction and accelerating growth across the industry. Known for leading organizations through transitions from tech-enabled to pure technology platforms, Michael has a proven track record of driving innovation and achieving high levels of end-user adoption.

Passionate about transforming healthcare delivery, he is especially committed to improving access and outcomes for underserved communities. His leadership is defined by a relentless focus on impact, execution, and pushing beyond the status quo to deliver meaningful change.

Justin Yang is a Partner at Peloton Equity, where he leads investments in the Pharma Services and Healthcare IT sectors. He brings extensive experience in healthcare focused private equity, having previously served as a Partner at Ferrer Freeman & Company (FFC), Peloton’s predecessor firm.

Prior to joining FFC, Justin was part of the healthcare investment banking team at UBS Investment Bank, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions across the healthcare industry.

Sean Carroll is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience leading and scaling healthcare technology, services, and data-driven businesses. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fluent, a leading healthcare platform, and holds additional leadership roles as Executive Chair of Optimize Health and Non-Executive Chair of Onpoint, a Peloton Equity portfolio company.

Previously, Sean was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair of Arcadia, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and market leadership. He also serves as an Operating Partner at Peloton Equity, leveraging his deep industry expertise to support portfolio companies across the healthcare ecosystem.
